Whole, Cooked in the Shell, these clams are great for a quick & easy pasta side. Steam frozen clams to thaw & heat them while making a sauce on the side.
For best results, remove from packaging and thaw overnight in refrigerator. For quick thawing put clams in a clean plastic bag and place in cool water until thawed.
The come in two sizes, 11-16 count per pound or 17-22 count per pound. They are available in a 10# case.
